eHealth Bulletin

The Hong Kong Special Administration Region Government (the Government) has put in place the Government-led eHealth Record (eHR) Programme since 2009 to develop the Electronic Health System (eHealth) in Hong Kong. The eHealth provides an infrastructure for access and sharing of paticipating patient’s health data by authorised healthcare providers in both the public and private healthcare sectors.

To facilitate the formulation of information standards for the eHealth, healthcare and IT stakeholders in both public and private sectors have been participating in various domain groups and co-ordinating group under the Working Group on eHR & Information Standards. This website, eHealth Bulletin, is established for access by registered users, who are members of domain groups and co-ordinating group, to facilitate communication and information sharing of the information standards of the eHealth.
